Submit Activity
1) Track your activity any way you choose!
2) Go to movethrough.org, and login if you aren't already, using username and password you created when you registered
3) Click on "Post Virtual Results" Click Here to Submit
4) Select Individual or Team Results, depending on how you signed up
5) At the top, click "Submit Virtual Results"
6) Search by name or email address
7) Click "Log Activities"
8) On the activity page, select Walk, Run or Activity. Walk/Run should be selected if you signed up to Walk/Run. Activity should be selected if you chose Hours of Activity. If you chose Hours of Activity when you signed up, please continue to log Hours of Activity, and instead of recording miles - use the time you spent running.
9) Enter your type of activity, the date completed (or week completed), and how many miles or hours of activity
