Why
Move Through the Darkness (MTD) is a collaboration between Imagine Zero of Weld County and Windsor Gives to provide you with an opportunity to focus on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Losing daylight, self-care time and healthy habits can lead to a feeling of hopelessness, depression, sleeping too much, low energy and ultimately an increase in suicide rates nationwide.
MTD is a virtual challenge that is going to MOVE you through these times. MTD provides opportunities to connect, learn, and focus on healthy habits that are going to promote your mental, emotional, and physical health during this time of year. Grab your family, friends, co-workers, or reach out to someone you normally wouldn't and get signed up for the 2022 Virtual Move Through the Darkness Challenge today!
Join the run.Windsor Community Page to follow progress, engage with one another and follow the Imagine Zero You Tube Channel for content from our community collaborators throughout the challenge.
